Please visit GiveWell.org

This CharityScorecard.org site was in use from 2006 to 2008, but is now mostly dormant, and the material here is out of date. The GiveWell project has similar goals and is being actively maintained. I've left the old CharityScorecard.org content here just for the historical record.

Different ways to help

There are lots of different ways that you might be able to help out with the Charity Scorecard project. We're looking for help with a bunch of different tasks:

graphic design
You can help us with logos, a favicon, CSS styles, diagrams, icons, etc.
We'd like to have a real logo for the Charity Scorecard project, and use the new logo in the upper-left corner of the site, where the satellite photo of Africa is now (the satellite photo is just a placeholder until we get a logo). We need a PNG format file for the upper-left corner, 135px wide, and 135-150px tall. It would be great to also have an SVG version of the logo, and a favicon version.

You can help us to investigate Non-profit Organizations and fill out Charity Scorecard Questionnaires.

You can help by adding pages to the wiki to fill the gaps we've left along the way. Here's a list of pages that don't yet exist, but which are linked to from other pages, which suggests that somebody thought it would be a good idea to create them: Special:Wantedpages.
